Information we collect

We may collect contact details, business information, app usage context, and communications provided directly through our website, email, or support discussions. We also collect basic technical information necessary to operate and improve our digital services.

How we use it

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide app support, operate our products, maintain communication, and improve the quality of our products. We do not sell personal information.

Optional website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled and only after you accept analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to published pages, calculator engagement, schedule copy, CSV download and print requests, and clicks to our app pages. In preview mode, events stay in the current browser tab’s memory and are not sent to Google. We may also measure clicks to our published Shopify App Store listings. These clicks do not show that someone installed an app or became a paying customer.

Our analytics events contain fixed page names, published page paths, tool and app identifiers, and action types. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. External referral information is limited to the referring origin, without its path, query or fragment. We do not send entered prices, costs, margins, invoice amounts, schedules, dates, scenario names, emails, contact-form content, or other user-entered values to analytics. Calculator values remain in page memory and are not added to URLs or persistent storage; copying, downloading or printing shares the schedule only through the action you request.

After acceptance, Google receives technical information such as browser and device information and the network IP address involved in the request. Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish browsers and sessions; this implementation requests a 30-day cookie lifetime. Google processes analytics data under its own policies. We do not enable advertising tracking, Google Signals, remarketing, session replay, automatic form tracking or enhanced measurement.

Accept and Reject are available in the analytics notice. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We store only that preference in your browser’s local storage. Rejecting prevents analytics loading and events; withdrawing stops further tracking and attempts to remove this site’s accessible analytics cookies. It does not delete data already received by Google. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page session and may be requested again after a reload. The website, calculators, demos and contact form work without analytics consent.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for business, legal, or operational purposes. We apply reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
