These terms describe the relationship between CommerceWrench and its clients for consulting, development, app work, and digital project engagements.
Scope of services
CommerceWrench provides consulting, development, integration, and ecommerce implementation services as agreed in writing with a client. Scope, milestones, and deliverables are defined in project proposals or statements of work.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to required systems, relevant business context, and any approvals needed to keep work moving. Delays caused by incomplete information or unavailable stakeholders may affect timing and costs.
Intellectual property
Work product created specifically for a client may be assigned or licensed as set out in the relevant agreement. CommerceWrench retains ownership of general methods, tools, templates, and other pre-existing intellectual property.
Limitations
CommerceWrench provides services with professional care and diligence but cannot guarantee results beyond defined scope, business conditions, or third-party system limitations outside our control.
