How to assemble your proposal
- Choose PDF, PNG, or JPEG files from your device. Each PDF becomes individual pages, and each image becomes one page.
- Review the page thumbnails. Drag pages into order, or use the keyboard-accessible move controls. Rotate a page or remove anything you do not want to include.
- Add more files whenever you need them. New pages are appended after the existing pages without changing the order you have already arranged.
- Download one combined PDF, then open it to review every page before sharing.
For example, add a PDF cover letter, a PDF quote, and JPEG product photos. Move the cover letter to the front, place the quote next, and arrange the photos after it. Your original files are not modified.
Files are processed locally in your browser. File contents and filenames are not uploaded to a server or sent to analytics. The page can load bundled support assets needed to read and preview PDFs.
Your working proposal is held in ordinary browser memory, with no account or cloud save. Download it before leaving or reloading the page; leaving or reloading clears the working proposal.
Before you download or share
You can add up to 20 files, with a maximum of 15 MB per file, 50 MB of total input, and 100 pages. PNG and JPEG images are limited to 16 megapixels and 8,000 pixels per side. Files that grow beyond the size limit during preparation are also rejected. Large or complex files can still exceed your device’s available memory. Some scanned or unusual PDFs use unsupported compression; re-export them as a simpler PDF in the original app, or add their pages as PNG/JPEG images. Flattening alone may not change the compression.
PDF page artwork, text, and vector graphics are retained rather than turning every page into a screenshot. The exported document excludes source document metadata, actions, and attachments. Link interactivity is discarded.
PDFs with visible annotations, form fields, or signatures are rejected to avoid silently losing their appearance. Flatten a separate copy in a trusted PDF application first, then check that copy and import it. Flattening does not preserve a verifiable digital signature.
This is not a certified or full PDF sanitizer. Do not use it as a redaction or security tool. Inspect the downloaded PDF yourself, including page order, orientation, text, and images, before sending it to anyone.
A few common questions
Which files can I combine?
Use PDF, PNG, and JPEG files. A PDF is split into its individual pages; an image becomes one page. The limits are 20 files, 15 MB per file, 50 MB of total input, 100 pages, and 16 megapixels per image, with no image side over 8,000 pixels. Files must also fit the size limit after preparation. Word and Excel files are not supported. Export them to PDF in their original application first; there is no remote conversion service.
Can I change the order or add files later?
Yes. Drag page thumbnails or use the keyboard-accessible move controls to reorder them. Rotate or remove individual pages as needed. Adding more files appends their pages at the end while preserving your current order. Download the proposal when you have finished arranging it.
Does it preserve PDF text, images, and links?
PDF page artwork, text, and vector graphics are retained. Accepted scanned pages remain scans; there is no OCR and the tool does not rewrite page text. Some scanned PDFs use unsupported compression (such as CCITT, JBIG2 or JPEG 2000). Re-export those as a simpler PDF, or add their pages as PNG/JPEG images; flattening alone may not change the compression. Link interactivity is discarded, and source document metadata, actions, and attachments are excluded. Always inspect the exported PDF because PDF viewers and unusual source files can render differently.
Why was my annotated, fillable, or signed PDF rejected?
Visible annotations, form fields, and signatures can depend on data outside the page artwork. The builder rejects these PDFs rather than silently removing something you need. Flatten a separate copy in a trusted PDF application, verify that all required marks and filled values are visible, and import that copy. Keep the original: a flattened or assembled copy does not preserve a verifiable digital signature.
Can I use a password-protected PDF?
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are not supported. If you are authorized to use the document, unlock a separate copy with your PDF application before importing it. Keep the original file unchanged.
Are my files uploaded or saved?
File contents and filenames are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded or sent to analytics. Bundled support assets may load to enable PDF previews. There is no account, cloud save, or automatic recovery. The working proposal is held in ordinary browser memory and clears when you leave or reload the page. Downloading saves the combined PDF to your device without changing your original files.
Does this make a PDF safe to share or redact confidential information?
No. This is a page assembly tool, not a certified or full PDF sanitizer, malware scanner, or redaction tool. Removing a page or excluding document-level features is not a guarantee that all sensitive or unsafe content has been removed. Use a dedicated, trusted workflow when you need redaction or security review.
